Pass the Pasta -- Making Homemade Fettuccine

Shane mentioned he wanted some homemade pasta, which I hadn't made in quite some time. I tried using the dough hook on the Kitchenaid Mixer for the first time. I wasn't thrilled with how it worked. It might have worked better if I had made a larger amount of dough, but I was only making a small portion, so the dough hook didn't have enough dough to work. Anyway, it eventually got done and it turned out good. I used the last of my extra lasagna sauce, which worked well with the fettuccine noodles.
